After working for over 7 years as cabin crew, Lauren hung up her wings to sparkle full time. As the driving force behind Luminosity Glitter, she has built a multi-faceted glitter empire. On the retail side, she oversees the entire global e-commerce operation, from product development to scaling the brand online. Simultaneously, she directs the creative vision for Luminosity's international event branches across the UK and USA. You won't ever meet anybody more carnival-obsessed, she is on a lifetime mission to run massive, show-stopping festival activations for global brands while delivering the ultimate VIP experience to every client.

Every empire needs a backbone, and for Luminosity Glitter, that’s Mama Sparkles. On the retail side, she is the engine behind our e-commerce store, meticulously organising stock and hand-packing your glitter orders so they arrive beautifully. When festival season hits, Mama Sparkles moves to the frontlines, managing the event tills, keeping the squad fed, watered, and looked after during long shifts, and ensuring our professional kits remain immaculately clean. From the warehouse to the festival fields, she keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes.

Arabella, our captivating glitter artist and events manager, boasts over 17 years of expertise in beauty, aesthetics, and professional training. Merging her sharp makeup skills with expert event coordination, Arabella effortlessly transforms celebrations into magical, seamless experiences, leaving behind a trail of joy and glittery memories.

Andrea is a professional makeup artist who specialises in bridal, editorial, and fashion makeup. With elite experience gracing the runways of London and Paris Fashion Week, Andrea’s creative flair and high-fashion precision promise to elevate any event with her dazzling, magazine-ready glitter creations.

Demi-Leigh is a professional makeup and SFX artist by trade and a creative force at heart. With over 9 years of experience transforming faces and building character-driven looks, she expertly blends technical skill with a flair for the dramatic. Whether doing detailed face painting, intricate body art, or layering bold glitter accents, she brings a little magic to every project.

Ronnie is one of our incredibly talented face painters, here to bring her artistic flair and passion for creating beautiful art to Luminosity! She excels at creating imaginative, playful face designs blended with custom glitter accents, making her a massive hit at both family-focused festivals and major public activations.

Michelle is an elite-level body artist with an incredible technical toolkit. Specialising in advanced face painting, full-scale body art, and flawless airbrushing techniques, she builds jaw-dropping creative designs. Michelle’s festival and brand work is nothing short of spectacular.

Maria joined the Luminosity Glitter team in 2023 and is our ultimate double-threat style queen. With an incredible background in makeup and hair styling, Maria has even had her stunning creations featured in Vogue! From intricate festival braids to matching bespoke sparkle accents, she delivers show-stopping head-to-toe transformations.

Tillie has worked in the beauty & makeup industry for over 8 years, bringing a keen eye for detail and a deep passion for creativity to the team. Specialising in flawless glitter application, you’ll find Tillie using our vibrant glitter blends to create stunning, bespoke looks at lots of our massive festivals and corporate events this summer!

Lucy joined us in 2022 and has since become a true sparkle superstar. Now a proud graduate, she is a dedicated glitter specialist who knows exactly how to catch the light and create custom festival looks that turn heads. Bringing her creative flair and glitter magic to events all summer long, we are completely obsessed with Lucy's radiant, high-impact energy.

Annie joined the sparkly team in 2023 and made an unforgettable Luminosity Glitter debut with us at Wembley Arena! When she isn't glittering, Annie is busy with all things hair, beauty, and aesthetics. She loves combining classic makeup techniques with fresh, stylish, and highly personalised glitter finishes.

Lauren and Holly have been best friends since the age of 4! We’re very excited to have Holly on board sparkling with us after growing up together. Holly has a fascinating background in boat building and all things marine, bringing that unique, meticulous precision to our glitter bars to ensure every application is completely flawless.

Jordan works in aviation, and when she's not traveling the world, she's putting her creative talents to good use glittering at your fabulous events! Lauren and Jordan actually worked a savagely long flight together a few years back, and the rest is sparkly history. She thrives in the fast-paced energy of big festivals and corporate parties, ensuring every guest walks away glowing.

Amy has known Lauren since their school days and has lovingly had glitter thrown at her at every possible event over the years. Now an official part of the team, she is obsessed with glittering your beautiful faces and bodies. A true Luminosity highlight for Amy was working as a star glitter artist at Drag Con UK!

Miguel and Lauren met working in aviation many years ago. Now, Miguel unleashes his immense glittery creativity with us at high-energy events when he isn't flying around the world! He brings an unmatched energy and sharp precision to the glitter station, keeping the party vibes going strong from day to night.

Keren is a master of quick, high-quality transformations. Seamlessly blending professional face painting with shimmering glitter overlays, she can adapt to any event theme on the fly. She loves interacting with the crowd and creating vibrant, beautiful looks that add an instant pop of joy to any festival or party.

Mollie works as a highly successful freelance MUA, creating beautiful looks for everything from film and music videos to high-fashion and bridal. We are super excited to have her on the team, she understands the perfect balance of structure, colour, and shine, making her a total glittering powerhouse!
