Product & Eco Glitter Information
Is your glitter biodegradable?
Our glitter ranges use plant-derived materials and are designed to break down more responsibly than traditional plastic glitter. The level of biodegradability depends on the range.
Is your glitter vegan and cruelty-free?
Our Sparkle Range is vegan, while our Pure Range is vegetarian due to the use of shellac. All products are cruelty-free.
What is your eco glitter made from?
Our glitters are made from plant-based cellulose and cosmetic-safe pigments. The Pure Range is fully plastic-free, while the Sparkle Range uses reduced plastic compared to traditional glitter.
Is your glitter safe for face and body use?
Yes - our glitters are cosmetic-grade and suitable for face, body, hair and nails when paired with a suitable adhesive.
Ordering & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, plus additional secure options available at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Once processing begins, we may not be able to make changes.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes - digital gift cards are available and can be used across the store.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail for domestic deliveries. International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked or UPS, depending on the destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes - we ship worldwide. All international orders are sent using tracked services so you can monitor your parcel every step of the way.
How long does dispatch take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days. Processing may take slightly longer during busy periods.
How long does UK delivery take?
Delivery times depend on the service selected at checkout. Prices for Royal Mail Tracked 48 starts at £3.
Will my order be tracked?
Yes. All orders are sent using tracked services, and you’ll receive your tracking link by email once your parcel has been dispatched.
My order hasn’t arrived - what should I do?
Please allow 14 working days from the dispatch date before contacting us. Royal Mail requires this timeframe before an investigation can be started.

Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.
How do I start a return?
Email us at info@luminosityglitter.co.uk with your order number, or start the process through your customer account. Returns must be authorised before sending items back.
Can I return opened cosmetic products?
No - for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetic items unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We may request the item back for inspection before issuing a refund or replacement.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return your order (if eligible) and place a new one.
Are return shipping costs refundable?
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless an item is confirmed to be faulty. Prepaid labels cover Royal Mail postage only.
