If you need your glitter urgently please just let us know in the special requests box when placing your order or drop us an email and we will do our best to get it shipped out as soon as possible!

Larger high value orders may be shipped using a courier services rather than Royal Mail.
 

United Kingdom

  • All orders are shipped using Standard Shipping: Royal Mail 2nd Class unless an upgrade is selected.

    Royal Mail 2nd Class (Delivery Aim- 3 working days)
    Royal Mail 1st Class Upgrade (Delivery Aim- 1 working day)

    Royal Mail Tracked 24 Upgrade (Delivery Aim - 1 working day

     

  • If you haven't received your order after 14 working days then please email info@luminosityglitter.co.uk with your name and date the order was placed and we will be more than happy to help.

International

  • We use Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed.

    EUROPE Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed (Delivery Aim 3-5 working days)

    *WE HAVE TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED SHIPPING TO EUROPE*


    USA: Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed  (Delivery Aim 5-7 working days)
     

  • The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes payable if necessary. 

  • Please ensure you have provided us with up to date and correct contact details and delivery address.

Luminosity Glitter are not responsible for any delays due to customs in the destination country. Nor are we responsible for incorrect shipping information given by the customer. Please ensure all details are correct before going through with the transaction. 

 

We are not responsible for orders once they have left our facility. Therefore we always recommend choosing the option of tracked shipping at checkout.

*We endeavour to get our glitter sent to you as soon as is practically possible. Unfortunately sometimes postal carriers experience delays for various reasons. We cannot be held responsible for postal carrier delays. Delays may be longer due to the current Covid-19 situation and this cannot be helped*
